LEADERSHIP

Travis McLeod, P.E., Principal

As Principal, Travis McLeod oversees the firm’s day-to-day operations and business development, in addition to designing air conditioning systems. With more than 30 years in the construction industry, he has worked as a testing and balancing agent, sales engineer, and mechanical engineer. His expertise includes healthcare and laboratory design, sound and vibration control, energy recovery systems, air distribution, and air filtration. Mr. McLeod earned his Bachelor of Science Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Texas Tech University in 1992.

Stephen Mitchell, P.E., Principal

Stephen Mitchell leads the Electrical Engineering Division, while also directing the firm's project management, business operations and strategic development. With 24 years in the industry, Stephen's extensive expertise has been instrumental in driving firm's growth, and delivering innovative engineering solutions to a diverse clientele. Stephen is seasoned in designing for both new and renovated places of worship, commercial, industrial, and government facilities, and historic preservation projects. Mr. Mitchell received his Bachelor of Science Degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Texas, San Antonio in 2002.
